PayPal-specific refund details.

## Fields

- `refundId` (`String`): The PayPal refund ID.
- `refundedFee` (`MonetaryAmount`): Refunded transaction fee charged by PayPal.
- `description` (`String`): The description of this refund.
- `reason` (`String`): The reason this refund was created.
