# PaymentNetworkResponse

Object · GraphQL API

The network response.  When present, this field can provide additional detail about why an authorization or verification was declined, but the processorResponse should be considered the source of truth.

## Fields

- `code` (`String`): The network response code for [authorizations](https://developers.braintreepayments.com/reference/response/transaction/#network-response-codes) or [verifications](https://developers.braintreepayments.com/reference/response/credit-card-verification#network-response-codes).
- `message` (`String`): The network response text.
