# UpdateRecurringBillingSubscriptionPlanDiscountInput

Input for managing discounts when updating a recurring billing subscription plan.

## Fields

- `action` (`UpdateModificationOperation!`) — required: The operation to perform.
- `discountId` (`ID!`) — required: The ID of the discount. For ADD, this is the template ID. For EDIT and REMOVE, this is the existing discount ID on the plan.
- `amount` (`Amount`): The amount for this discount.
- `name` (`String`): The name of the discount.
- `description` (`String`): A description of the discount.
- `numberOfBillingCycles` (`Int`): The number of times the billing cycle will be executed. For ADD, omit to inherit from the template. For EDIT, omit to keep the current value. Pass 0 to set as never expires.
