PayPal Adaptive Payments Release Notes - Release 1.8.6

Important: Adaptive Payments is now a limited release product. It is restricted to select partners for approved use cases and should not be used for new integrations without guidance from PayPal.

New features

Pre-payment disclosure

The Remittance Transfer Rule provides new protections to consumers who send remittance transfers to other consumers or businesses in a foreign country. The rule requires fee disclosures and cancellation procedures under certain conditions. You use the GetPrePaymentDisclosure API to request and receive the disclosure.

Post-payment disclosure

The Remittance Transfer Rule also provides for poat-payment disclosure under certain conditions. You use the ExecutePayment API to process the disclosure.
