PayPal Adaptive Payments Release Notes - Release 1.8.7

Important: Adaptive Payments is now a limited release product. It is restricted to select partners for approved use cases and should not be used for new integrations without guidance from PayPal.

New features

Provide state regulatory agency info for RTR transactions

The Remittance Transfer Rule provides new protections to consumers who send remittance transfers to other consumers or businesses in a foreign country. PayPal now provides State Regulatory Agency Info to the sender in the ExecutePayment response element PostPaymentDisclosure. See the ExecutePayment API reference page for more information.
