Notification Campaign Prerequisites
Typically, your notification campaign is associated with an existing offer campaign. If you already have an offer campaign, you have already established these prerequisites in the WLW Platform:
- An Ad Network.
- The appropriate Merchant is associated with the Ad Network.
- An Admin user.
For a notification campaign, you also need:
- The Ad Network's NETWORK_TYPE must be ISSUING_PARTNER and the Ad Network's tenant must be an Issuing partner uri.
- A user with the Notification user role assigned.
- Optionally, a Notification Approval user.
The Ad Network Admin can create offer campaign users, notification users, or offer campaigns. However, notification campaigns can only be created by users with the Notification user role.
In order to connect the message campaign to an offer campaign, the notification user must have both notification and offer roles assigned.
See your WLW representative to get these elements established. Once you have these elements in place, you can log into the Campaign Portal and begin constructing your notification (message) campaign.
