### Pix balance usage [#pix-balance-usage]

* You can withdraw 100% of the Pix payment to your merchant bank account.
* You cannot purchase transactions, P2P transfers, or keep money in your PayPal wallet (no e-money generation).

### Pix withdrawals [#pix-withdrawals]

**Automatic withdrawal:**

* You must automatically withdraw 100% of your Pix balance to your merchant bank account on the next business day (D+1).
* Pix payments cannot remain in your PayPal wallet.
* Withdrawals are processed through Pix instant transfer using your configured Pix key.

**Manual withdrawal:**

* You can complete multiple manual withdrawals a day if required.
* A fee of 0.10 BRL may apply for manual withdrawals.
* Manual withdrawals are processed through Pix instant transfer using your configured Pix key.

### Pix key requirements [#pix-key-requirements]

Configure your Pix key to enable all withdrawals.

* Your Pix key can be:
  * A tax ID
  * An email
  * A phone number
* You can add multiple Pix keys to your account and designate a preferred Pix key.
* You can withdraw the Pix payments using your configured Pix key or direct the Pix payments to an existing bank account already on file.
* You can update your Pix keys as many times as needed based on your business requirements.
* When you update your Pix key, the new key becomes effective immediately.
* Pix withdrawals require a configured Pix key. If no key is set, withdrawal requests will fail.
