# Reports (/limited-release/commerce-platform/reports)

Learn which PayPal reports to use for common partner reconciliation use cases, including merchant reconciliation and partner financial reconciliation.



Use PayPal reports to monitor and reconcile business activity across one or more merchant accounts.

Reports help you track transactions, revenue, fees, payouts, and disputes.

All partner reports are delivered through SFTP only. Partners have two primary use cases:

* Reconciling data for their merchants
* Reconciling their own revenue, losses, and related financials

Partner reports fall into two categories: Partner Merchant Reconciliation and Partner Financial Reconciliation.

## How to access reports [#how-to-access-reports]

1. Identify the use cases for which you need reports.
2. Enable secure SFTP access, so PayPal can deliver the reports directly to your SFTP endpoint.
3. Work with your PayPal Customer Success Manager to subscribe to the appropriate reports.

## Recommended reports by use case [#recommended-reports-by-use-case]

The **Recommended report** column in the tables on the following tabs highlights reports that offer enhanced data visibility and simpler reconciliation workflows. Other reports remain fully supported, but we encourage all users, new and existing, to transition to the recommended reports for richer insights and easier accounting.

#### Partner merchant reconciliation

Use these reports to reconcile transactions processed on behalf of your merchants.
