An array of pricing tiers which are used for billing volume/tiered plans. pricing_model field has to be specified.

The starting quantity for the tier.

An integer for currencies like `JPY` that are not typically fractional.
A decimal fraction for currencies like `TND` that are subdivided into thousandths.
