Delete a feature

Permanently deletes a feature from the system. This is a destructive operation that will remove the feature and all its associated entitlements from every plan and subscription. Use with caution as this cannot be undone. The operation will fail if the feature is currently assigned to any active plans or subscriptions to prevent accidental data loss.
