Where your business is located will determine how you submit evidence against chargebacks.


Merchants in the US, Europe, and Australia must dispute chargebacks by submitting evidence within the Braintree Control Panel. All merchants disputing Pay with PayPal transactions will also use the Control Panel to manage this process.


Canadian merchants must work directly with our banking partner, Moneris, to manage disputes and submit evidence against chargebacks.


Businesses located in the APAC region must work with our Disputes team via email to submit evidence and respond to disputes.
