Your presentment currency is the currency that displays to your customer when they purchase from you. It can be the currency you show on your website or mobile app, and the currency that your customer is charged in. Depending on your account setup, you may be able to present in more than one currency. Please read below fully before submitting your request. Alternatively, if you’d like help settling in different currencies, please submit your request here.
Please note that we can only evaluate requests for additional currencies via this help form for existing Braintree merchants.
If you have not yet applied for a Braintree account or are waiting for an existing application to be approved, please contact our Sales team to learn more. If you’re already working with a Sales Representative, they will be your best point of contact for making sure you’re ready to accept your preferred currencies.
Newly Approved Merchants
New accounts are automatically configured with our default currency options. If you want to adjust these currencies and you submitted your Braintree application within the last business week, we ask that you wait for our Sales team to contact you via email.
Existing Braintree Merchants
If it’s been more than 1 business week since your account was approved and you would like to make a change to your accepted currencies, let us know below and we will be happy to evaluate you request.
Requests to add or adjust currencies must come from the Authorized Signer's email address on file.
