Data exporting for further analysis. There are two ways to export data:

• Data – opens a web page that contains a tabular view of both summary and underlying data. Click Download to download a .csv file.
• Crosstab – creates a .csv file of data organized in an easily readable crosstab that can be opened in Microsoft Excel.

After filters are applied, you can save a custom view as the default view:

1. Open the individual view that you want to customize.
2. Make any modifications you want to see, for example, filter the data, change sorting, select specific marks, zoom in or out, or any other changes. In the toolbar, the View option now includes an asterisk, indicating that the view has changed.
3. Click View in the toolbar.
4. Enter a name for the custom view.
5. Indicate if you want this view to be the default view and if it should be public so other users can access it.
6. Click Save.

Dashboards can also include local timestamps.

All dashboards except the Mobile Summary and User Enrollment Dashboards can filter data by Store Code.
