Use PayPal reports to monitor and reconcile business activity across one or more merchant accounts.
Reports help you track transactions, revenue, fees, payouts, and disputes.
All partner reports are delivered through SFTP only. Partners have two primary use cases:
These are separated into two areas: Partner Merchant Reconciliation and Partner Financial Reconciliation.
The Recommended report column in the tables on the following tabs highlights reports that offer enhanced data visibility and simpler reconciliation workflows. Other reports remain fully supported, but we encourage all users, new and existing, to transition to the recommended reports for richer insights and easier accounting.
Use these reports to reconcile transactions processed on behalf of your merchants.
