Partner integration

PayPal partner AngeLL EYE who provides tools for merchants and developers to easily utilize PayPal's platform has just released v4.1.0 of PayPal for WooCommerce plugin. This adds a migration wizard for PayPal Classic to payment processing platform to simplify for merchants and notifies that they need to get this done by the end of the quarter. It also adds Apple Pay, including Vault functionality.
