The following rejection reasons and corresponding codes are the most common for Managed Path. The assignment of reason codes to documents depends on the document type.

| WRONG_DOCUMENT_RECEIVED | R18 | Document type is incorrect |
| DOCUMENT_RESOLUTION_LOW | R23 | Document resolution is too low |
| UNABLE_TO_OPEN_PDF | R24 | PDF file cannot be opened |
| DOCUMENT_FIRSTNAME_ DOES_NOT_MATCH | R25 | First name on the document does not match the individual |
| DOCUMENT_SURNAME_DOES_NOT_MATCH | R26 | Surname on the document does not match the individual |
| DOCUMENT_COMPLETE_NAME_ DOES_NOT_MATCH | R27 | Full name on the document does not match the individual |
| PARTING_WAYS_ISSUED | R65 | Document is falsified |
| DOCUMENT_ILLEGIBLE_ CANNOT_READ_INFORMATION | R81 | Document is illegible. Information cannot be read |
| PDF_PASSWORD_PROTECTED | R82 | PDF is password protected |
