Set payouts approvals

Once you've turned on Payouts Web, merchants can enable users to approve payouts.

In the PayPal business account dashboard, go to Account Settings and take these steps to set users to approve payouts:

1. Select Account access, then update Manage users.
2. On the Manage users page, select Manage Approvals.
3. Select users to review and approve payouts.

One user can't start and approve a payout.
