Reports and Analytics Guide

Use this page when you need to understand what each Braintree report contains, how to access it, and which teams should use it. It is designed for finance, accounting, operations, and analytics teams who work with in-store and ecommerce data and need a single catalogue of reports for reconciliation, performance tracking, and business insight. For end-to-end money movement, see Money and Reporting Overview, and for step-by-step workflows that combine these reports to reconcile deposits, see Reporting and Reconciliation Guide.

Why reporting mattersAnchorIcon

Braintree is your single reporting surface for ecommerce and in-store card payments, plus supported alternative payment methods processed via Verifone. All core reports are available in the Control Panel and many can be delivered automatically via SFTP for downstream systems. Reporting helps you track sales, reconcile your books, understand customer behaviour, and identify trends across locations and channels.

How to access reportsAnchorIcon

Use this section when you're ready to pull real data out of Braintree, whether for a quick check in the UI or an automated feed into your finance systems.
