Search transactions on the reports page

You can log into your PayPal business account and use the Reports page to search for payouts transactions.
Transaction finder
To search for payouts transactions:
- Log in to your PayPal business account.
- Under Activity, select All Reports.
- Select Activity download, and then click the magnifying glass/search icon.
- Enter an optional keyword for the payment and set the following:
- Under Transaction type, select Mass payments.
- Under Date range, choose the desired time frame.
- Under Currency, choose the desired currency.
- Click Advanced options to further reduce your search criteria, otherwise click Search.
- You can now view the search criteria and click Download report.
The Search Transaction Results list displays this information for transactions that match your search criteria:
- Date
- Type
- Name
- Subject
- Gross Amount
- Fees
- Net Amount
Within this list, you can perform these actions:
- Sort the transactions by Name or Gross Amount.
- Click Print to print a copy.
- Click Download and select a file type to save the list to a file.
Activities download report
You can create and download detailed reports of all your transaction activity for any time period in the last three years.
To create the Activities download report:
- Log in to your PayPal business account.
- Under Activity, select All Reports.
- Select Activity download.
- Specify search criteria and click Create Report.
