Manage transactions

PayPal provides an Activity page where you can view transaction details and payment information. Use this page to:

• View all transactions or search for a specific transaction using a variety of filtering options.
  • See messages from buyers in your transaction records.
  • Download transactions and reconcile with other systems as needed.
  • Track shipments, including the date shipped.
• Manage recurring payments and subscriptions and initiate monthly bills.
• Issue a full or partial refund for transactions involving goods and services.
