Braintree Auth and the Connect with Braintree flows are a unified PayPal and Braintree merchant experience. The merchant-facing brand is therefore PayPal powered by Braintree. Use the following guidelines and assets when referencing this service on your platform or on any marketing sites or materials.

Use the PayPal powered by Braintree logo

When referencing PayPal powered by Braintree in your dashboard, use one of the following logos:

When displaying the Connect with Braintree button, add copy that helps the merchant understand why they need to take action. A generic learn more link answers frequently asked questions about this flow.

To create transactions for merchants, use:

Display the Connect with Braintree button

Display the Connect with Braintree button so merchants can connect to your platform:

The preferred method for adding this to your page is to use the braintree-oauth-connect.js library. Alternatively, you can manually add the image to your page:

After the merchant selects this button, redirect them to the unified credit card and PayPal signup form using the connect_url you generated on the server.

After the merchant authorizes your application and returns to your dashboard, don't initialize braintree-oauth-connect.js or display the Connect with Braintree button.
