  1. Access your account.
  2. Click Reports.
  3. Select Disputes and Chargebacks.
  4. View dispute details.

Show dispute details through the Disputes API

You can also integrate with the PayPal Disputes API, which enables you to programmatically show and respond to customer-created disputes.
