Overview

Bill Pay reports can be provided in either portable document format (pdf) or comma-separated values (CSV) file format. They are delivered through the SFTP (Secure File Transfer Protocol) folder. Reports can be generated on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis, depending on your requirements, and they are based on Coordinated Universal Time (UTC).

The available reports are:

• Daily Settlement Detail Report

• Daily Deposit Detail Report

• Transaction Level Fee Report

• Pass-through Fee Report

• NDF Statement

• PayPal Fee Report

• Transaction Activity Report

• Transfer Method

• Payment Status

SECURE FILE TRANSFER PROTOCOL (SFTP)

If you would like to receive your reports using SFTP, PayPal will assist you in setting up your reporting folder and provide you with the connection details and credentials. You can download the reports using SFTP client software. Reports set up using SFTP are available indefinitely and don't expire. You can access these reports whenever needed.
